What do you like to keep around your house for when that sweet tooth hits?I know that fall balls / energy balls are an oversaturated market but they are for a good reason!
Fat and protein help curb sugar cravings… so when the craving hits, satiate it with one of these delicious balls! They are super quick to make and so very delicious… so go ahead, make these balls and enjoy!
INGREDIENTS —
1 cup ground nuts (or seeds!) I used pistachio + sunflower seeds (I give them a couple pulses in my blender, but don’t over blend or they will become butter!)
1/2 cup nut butter (I used Brazil nut + cashew blend)
3 tbsp cacao powder
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1/4 cup coconut butter, melted
Pinch of salt 💫
DIRECTIONS — thoroughly mix together, roll into balls and pop them in the freezer! 🙌
